High Sheriff of Cumbria

Congratulations to Diana Matthews who is now High Sheriff of Cumbria. Her entire outfit has been bespoke made by five art makers , most of whom are members of the Art Workers Guild. This is my contribution !

The cuff(s) are too shown flat ....

 ...and then made up onto organdy half-sleeves.
